1. Kyphoplasty mulch

    Has anybody heard of a "bad batch" of kyphoplasty mulch used for doing a vertebralplasty/kyplasty?  I had procedure done at T8 a year ago w/ resultant mulch in the spinal canal and neuroforamine (causing significant pain) and some disintegration of T8, unknown reason.  I don't have osteoporosis or myeloma.  What is the name of the company that manufactures or packages the mthylmethacrylate?
