    Goodness me - how on earth did this happen?  Apart from obvious concerns about health such an episode plays straight into the hands of the anti-fluoridation nutter community. This episode will probably put pack the introduction of fluoride into Queensland water for years. I hope those reponsible for this disgraceful event consider how many people (mostly children from low socio-economic backgrounds) will suffer painful tooth decay as a result of their incompetency.  

    Heads should roll.
