    I agree that going to the doctor first before trying any cholesterol drugs is better. It's a MUST as a matter of fact. Not because one medication is effective it means it is good for you too. You must consult your doctor first before you try medicines that lower cholesterol. Also, natural remedies are good as well, ask you doctor about it.
