    The delivery levels of this drug did NOT STAY THE SAME. They start falling of dramatically after 5 hours.  I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 23 years and have friends that work at purdue.

    In our countries insane paranoia we screw the chronic pain sufferer and promote patients to violate their opiate contracts just to release their pain.

    I have paraneoplastic syndrome and am in horrifying pain. I am lucky if a 40mg dose lasts 5 hours, after which I suffer for the remaining hours.

    We should be ashamed of ourselves that we treat the patient with cold indifference while trying to stop the addicts that WILL NEVER BE STOPPED.  

    Its pure insanity.
