my mother got covid 19 on 6 july and 18 july her condition get worst and oxygen required 12 liter and admitted in squire hospital next day she was given on ventilator and her condition got critical and we provide one bag plasma also doctors given him Actamra 400g 20ml on 19th july and again given Actemra 400g 20ml and 100g on 20th july and finally she came down from ventilator on 24 july and her oxygen requirement was 5 liter , her platelet count was then 450000  but after 2 day her condition get worst again and require high flow oxygen F20 75%  and doctors again given her Actemra 100g and 400mg 20ml on 25 july and again given tocil on 4th august   and later Actemra 100g and 400mg 20ml10 july they again put him in ventilator once the condition get worst  during this period her paltilet counts fall every day 30000 - 50000 and finalyy it came 30000 then doctor given her one bag platilet  but still it continue to fall  and after 4 day again given her one bag platiletr also 2 bag blood  today again her platilet fall and reach 10000 and doctors giving him platiler again today one bag. note during this process her white blood count slowly fall and reched 1.75  but yesterday just up little and reach 2.2 after doctor given him little plazma. Hr blood group is AB+ and she is 72 year old . She has Psoriasis since 3 year but it is well  controlled to eat every day fresh pomegranate juice.
