    I have used lumbar and cervical traction for the past 16 years in physical my therapy clinic. I have found it a very useful adjunct treatment like most treatment it works best when combined with other treatments such as manual therapy, e-stim and ultrasound. I have seen a real turn around in some of my patient with back and leg pain,
