    my brother aged 40 yr had leg injury 4 yr back. Plaster was done in Lucknow hospital krishna nager LKo in the swollen condition of leg, perhaps this caused problem in veins & had bben much problematic. Now, diagnosis by 2D Dopler said- vericoze veins with evidence of cellulitis. affected in left foot above ankle.operation for removal of infected fluid has been performed, will it b sufficient as a permanent measure?
