    Hmmm. I wonder if the reason the west has such skyrocketing numbers of Crohn's cases could be because of how many people have been given SSRI's?  They give them out like they are candy.  If this study is correct and increased serotonin is causing IBS and Crohn's type diseases, it seems like a good chance that drugs that increase serotonin could be causing these conditions.
