    1/15/04 - Total r-hip Biomet M2a Metal-on-Metal 38mm, Revision on 8/18/05, because the cup rotated 90 deegree's , Biomet made a custom prosthesis and they could not make that fit so they put in a used 70mm cup, now my right leg is longer than my left..
