    Hi, Could it be possible to have some update on whether or not the treatment is available, where ad at what cost ?
    I have been unable to work for the last two years, I live on a recliner as this is the only in which I can tolerate the pain despite high doses of opioid and nerve blocks....I will be ready to even go on a trial...we need some news!
