    I was also reading about this study over at Belleruth Naparstek’s Health Journeys site. One of the things that stands out for me about the research is that researchers found that a combination of touch therapy and guided meditation worked. I think this is one of the most powerful things about these types of therapies – they are safe enough to be combined, even with traditional healing options, giving PTSD sufferers more options.
