    I was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma at the age of 2, back in 1965. I went through a lot of treatment..... operated on once, not closed as they didn't expect me to make it. Thankfully they operated on me a second time and I pulled through. I don't remeber it all as I was 2. But, I'm sure my mom does. I am proud to say Dr. C Everitt Koop was my surgeon way back then. There by the grace of God I made it through all of the treatments. I thank God everyday for the life he has given me. I am now 52 years old and thankfully doing well. Thanks to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Dr. Koop!!
