    http://youtu.be/Xoj-ukphUrM - Video from Juan Carlos Murillo, a commercial airline pilot who suffered a complete spinal cord injury (ASIA A) and was  told by his doctors that he would never walk or fly again.  After receiving stem cells, he's now walking, driving, flying and just passed his commercial pilot's physical examination.
