    Asthma is the result of poor hygiene of the fingernails auto-inoculating the nasal passage thousands of times, especially in children. Cleaning the fingernails is totally neglected and very difficult. Wsahing the front of the nasal passage twice daily is very import. Swimmers, especially in the ocean have low asthma problems.
