    The figure 2 in 10.000 postoperative visual loss looks very high for general surgeries.  This may be true in case of heart surgeries, where chances of intraoperative embolism is always more.

    Postoperative visual loss in children below 18 years are more than others is also hardly believable. Let us see what final paper says in journal?
