    This is as stupid as some of the theories coming out of the Trump campaign about "voter fraud." Did it ever occur to the authors that the virus may have a different relationship to cold temperatures, from October to February, than to warm temperatures from March to July that they studied? It makes no sense to  generalize the behavior of viruses in warm weather to it behaving that way during cold weather.
