    I see we've ousted Dr. Robert Lustig here. I wonder if this book addresses the well-documented orexigenic and addictive properties of sucrose and HFCS, or if the authors hand-wavingly regurgitate the total calorie mantra.

    It's hard to control your caloric intake when certain ingredients induce cravings!
