despite studies on mice that show potential nicotine health risks, it is not much worse than caffeine.  And you fail to mention the very important fact that Juul, unlike most other systems uses a "salt nicotine" that is made to give a harder "hit" of nicotine because it is smaller and holds less for any length of vaping time.  So, making the level of nic an issue is actually a non issue and the why is not explained leaving the reader to assume false information as being true.  Shame on this reporter.
