1. When will non smoking in R.I HUD units start?

    My wife and I are non smoker's,we are happy to hear of a smoking ban in multi unit residence we live in, in Rhode Island will go in to effect this spring. We here people where we live who smoke say well we'll just move out,that would be ok becouse non smoker's would move in.We also here and see people say that thay are going to quit smoking,and we have seen some try to and some have stoped smoking,this was a good reason to quit for those who wanted to.I find HUD to be fare and understanden to all residence.
