    I call BS on this article. Cannabis is NOT psychoactive drug. The problem is lack of Medical Providers to prescribe appropriate pain management methods. Far to long has there been a misinformation campaign on Drugs vs. Medicine with government mandates and big Pharma leading in this Snake Oil mentality.
