    Shouldn't an article that promotes risky drugs for a vulnerable population, children whose brains are still growing, clearly communicate critical risks all SSRIs pose? SSRIs carry the US FDA's strongest Black Box warning for good reasons. SSRIs can and have caused suicidality and deaths as adverse drug effects. Yet your article omits any mention of the Black Box warning, akathisia and serotonin toxicity. These ADRs have caused the avoidable deaths of many children.

    Parents, children and prescribers deserve more thorough, responsible reporting.
