    The hidden surprise in tofacitinib is that since it is a JAK inhibitor, it can be used to treat two disorders caused by HTLV: HAM and ATL. HAM results in being in a wheel chair, and ATL results in death from a rapid leukemia. 25 million HTLV sufferers are going to want this drug so they can continue to walk and literally stay alive.
