I can add three things to this list that are more painful than fibromyalgia, which is incrediblia painful. Esophageal spasms which I have suffered from since I was 14. They have put me in the ER twice thinking I was having a heat attack! It's like being stabbed, but the pain can go all the way up into your jaw or dowow yor arm and last for hours if your esophagus keeps cramping. Vulvadynia, which is z damaged nerve in the vulva! I had tat happen as my son was born. It's like having a branding iron put there and just left 13 hours a day for the rest of your life! I was 23 when was born, and 51 when someone finally treated me!! Ibkept telling Drs put a branding iron on your...and it did nothing to get me help! Last Interstitial cystitis in the bladder! It can be so excruciating you don't want to live. In fact both of these last two have taken over my life and made me give up working as a nurse far sooner that I wanted to. I just couldn't take the pain. And at the time I also was need surgery for entrapped nerves in bothe elbows and carpel tunnel in both wrists and that pain was bad, but in comparison, not that terrible!
