Dr. Cheng Boon is the Medical Director UK for OncoDNA, a leading NGS/genomics company specializing in precision oncology. With over 12 years of experience, Cheng is highly skilled in treating head and neck, upper GI, and hepatobiliary cancers using radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and advanced biological therapies, including immunotherapy (Nivolumab, Atezolizumab, Pembrolizumab, Durvalumab).
A strong advocate for personalized medicine, Cheng believes in utilizing genetic profiling to enhance treatment outcomes while minimizing toxicities. His research includes participation in national and international trials, particularly in pre-operative chemo-radiotherapy for oesophageal cancer to improve surgical success rates.

Filips Oļeškovs holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, following a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Riga Technical University.
Upon returning to Latvia, Filips joined MGI Latvia to gain hands-on experience in science-intensive projects. As a Field Application Developer in the biotech industry, he specializes in adapting and optimizing DNA sequencing processes to meet diverse customer requirements across Europe. His work also involves developing new DNA extraction and sequencing methods to advance precision genomics.
