Mobile Cremation Systems from Inciner8

A new product range has been launched by Inciner8 under its trading name ‘Cremation Systems.’ Innovation is the driving force behind these new developments of cremators and crematoria equipment. After researching extensively on the industry’s needs, the company has finally developed the world’s first truly mobile cremation system.

Sensitive and dignified cremator design

One of the biggest challenges in cremator design is machine reliability, which causes down-time and extra costs, in addition to having to notify customers of a delay.

Inciner8’s strict ISO 9001 build process and high-quality components solves this concern by manufacturing a well-built and reliable machine, allowing the provider to focus on their service for their customers. Along with high quality features such as:

  • Hot hearth technology
  • No evidence of smoke or smell
  • Liquid retention still
  • 3-stage post combustion smoke treatment

Inciner8 has built this model from the ground up to incorporate state-of-the-art cremation technologies.

Clean air output

At Inciner8, a combination of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and real-world testing is employed during the research and development process to correctly predict the flow of gases as well as to identify and solve any potential problems before dispatch. Low NOx burners are used in Inciner8’s systems as standard.

The company’s unique patent-pending method allows customers to expect years of hassle-free operation and a quick payback.

Triple chamber, hot hearth design

The i8-MCU has a labyrinth of high grade refractory chambers and passages, through which all smoke and emissions pass through in their long journey, thus ensuring secondary and tertiary thermal decomposition of the gases before they are ejected through the exhaust stack.

Fully mobilized in under one hour

The 20-feet high cube, containerized version of the i8-MCU can be installed and operated in less than one hour, thus providing a practical solution for temporary or remote cremations.

A number of these cremator models are stocked at Inciner8’s global service centers.

Expert’s views

It is a complex task to design an efficient cremation system. At Inciner8, our dedicated R&D team have spent many man-hours to develop a quiet, efficient, and reliable solution.

Part of the brief was to ensure that this model was portable and could be re-located rapidly to where it was needed most. We had to create extra rigidity to ensure its resistance to the stresses of being moved and housed in potentially volatile locations."
