A hematological analyzer that removes the majority of commonly performed manual procedures can streamline workflow and increase productivity. The ADVIA 2120i System offers users the simplicity and flexibility they want for simple integration into the lab while delivering the gold standard in testing methodology for optimal results.
The gold standard in differential testing, peroxidase staining, is used by ADVIA technology. The ADVIA Hematology Systems’ primary technique also offers a secondary total white cell count, which serves as an internal QA check to ensure sample integrity.
- A six-parameter differential and unique cytochemical differentiation of myeloid and lymphoid cells provide further clinical data
- For precise and early disease state detection, direct measurements of intracellular hemoglobin offer sensitive and distinctive RBC morphology.
- Minimize the need for manual counts and needless, expensive platelet transfusions by ensuring that platelet counts are accurate and within the clinically important range (excluding microcytic red cells and cell fragments)
- Using CSF and CHr testing capabilities, further segregate and detect disease states without additional labor
With the ADVIA 2120i System, enhancing users’ capabilities is easier than ever. Users can transition from standalone instrumentation to full automation as their productivity demands evolve using integrated and automated solutions from Siemens Healthineers.
