DNBSEQ-G50 from MGI is a compact and flexible benchtop genetic sequencer. The two distinct Flow Cells provide flexibility and create a perfect balance between affordability and speed. Flow Cell Small (FCS) enables a short turnaround time for STAT samples.
Flow Cell Large (FCL) allows lower cost per sample. DNBSEQ-G50 provides around 3~4 read length options for both FCL and FCS, which aids an extensive range of research and clinical applications, such as targeted sequencing, low-pass whole genome sequencing, small whole genome sequencing, RNA sequencing, and whole exome sequencing, etc.
