PAC introduces ANTEK MultiTek testing system

PAC, a leading global provider of advanced analytical instruments for laboratories and online process applications, announces the introduction of the ANTEK MultiTek(TM) testing system for the fast, accurate detection of sulfur, nitrogen, and halides. Industries include BioFuels, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Assembly, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, and many more.

"MultiTek(TM) is the only instrument on the market that combines testing for sulfur, nitrogen, and halides all in one," Ron K. Holsey, Vice President, Refining Business Segment, said in making the announcement. "MultiTek is compact, powerful, automated, and multi-configurable; it's the perfect solution to today's increasing demand worldwide for fast, accurate detection and analysis of unwanted chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, and corrosive elements." Because MultiTek(TM) delivers precise results with high sensitivity and unmatched versatility, Holsey added, "It's a valuable process optimization tool that will deliver faster ROI and a better bottom line."

MultiTek(TM) detects sulfur, nitrogen, and halides through a uniquely efficient process that includes combustion Ion Chromatography (IC), Ultraviolet Fluorescence (UVF), and Chemiluminescence technologies. MultiTek(TM) is superior to wet chemistry and XRF; works with solid, liquid, gas, and LPG samples; and provides lower detection levels than competitive systems.

MultiTek(TM) helps users protect electronics, refinery products, and others against the corrosive effects of halides (Chloride, Fluoride, and Bromide) and Sulfur; protect people, animals, plant and aquatic life from the harmful effects of Halides, Sulfur, and Nitrogen in the environment. MultiTek(TM) also helps users reduce overhead costs, increase productivity, and ensure product compliance across a wide range of industries and applications, from fuels to pharmaceuticals to 'green' manufacturing. MultiTek(TM) is part of PAC's well-established ANTEK product line.
