New mobile yoga class app for iPhone and iPod Touch iPractice 2.0 released

Yoga Journal magazine today announced the release of iPractice 2.0, a new mobile yoga class app for iPhone and iPod Touch. Yoga Journal iPractice features 15 complete yoga classes designed specifically to take advantage of the iPhone's capabilities and interface.

Created by expert teachers, Yoga Journal iPractice is an easy-to-use instructional app, featuring unique visual and audio sequences designed for stress relief, core strength, weight loss, increased energy, relaxation, flexibility and more. Users simply set their own pace and background music (if desired), then begin. Users may choose a class based on desired results, experience level, or focus--or they can shake things up and allow iPractice to choose a random sequence for them.

Users may browse through the sequence and instructions at their own pace, or play the slideshow with audio instructions while they practice. Perfectly suited for home and travel, Yoga Journal iPractice brings expert yoga instruction to users, wherever they are.
