Treating acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) can bring many challenges, particularly in the adult population. To optimally manage this disease in adult patients, healthcare professionals must understand and identify characteristics of high-risk disease, utilize best strategies for preventing central nervous system relapse, and recognize the important role of post-remission hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in ALL therapy.
To address the need for current education on adult ALL, Robert Michael Educational Institute LLC (RMEI) and Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM) are jointly sponsoring a complimentary continuing education virtual lecture entitled Select Topics in ALL: Molecular Characterization, Approaches to CNS Disease, and Post-remission Transplantation. This activity, which is certified for physicians, pharmacists, and registered nurses, is supported by an educational grant from Enzon Pharmaceuticals.
