Noveko, AMD-Ritmed announce distribution agreement for Microban hand sanitizers

Noveko International Inc. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Noveko Inc. ("Noveko") has entered into a distribution agreement with AMD-Ritmed Inc. ("AMD-Ritmed"), a North American leader in the development and distribution of specialized high-quality and disposable medical supplies. This agreement covers the sale and promotion of Microban(R) hand sanitizers, in Canada, in the health professionals market, including hospital, medical and veterinary settings, and in the United States, to specialized healthcare providers, all subject to certain exceptions. The agreement covers an initial period of two years.
