The University of Ottawa and the Centre for Drug Research and Development (CDRD) today announced that they have signed an affiliation agreement that will allow researchers at the University of Ottawa to access CDRD's drug development infrastructure and expertise.
"We are pleased to establish this affiliation agreement with CDRD," said Joe Irvine, Director, Technology Transfer and Business Enterprise (TTBE). "This collaboration provides us with access to specialized facilities and expertise at CDRD which will act as a catalyst for developing University of Ottawa research innovations into new clinical therapies. Strong partnerships promote innovation, and CDRD has established a unique ability in Canada for advancing medical innovation."
"CDRD is pleased to expand our network of affiliate institutions to the University of Ottawa, and looks forward to working with their talented researchers.
