Jenx recognised as an Investor in People

Jenx Ltd, the leading manufacturer of postural support products for children, has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Silver standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.

Sheffield-based Jenx Ltd, which employs over 70 people, has become one of the world's most respected companies dedicated to developmental furniture for children. Every day they apply their expertise in paediatric therapy and innovative design to finding better ways to help children with special postural support needs.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

To achieve the initial Investors in People status, Jenx had to meet 39 tough standards over the way it trains, develops and invests in its people.  To achieve the Silver standard, the company had to meet a further 76 requirements, showing its commitment for the highest quality service to its customers both in the UK and abroad.
