New patient transfer board takes prime position in GBUK’s Banana range

GBUK Healthcare is expanding its Banana range of patient moving and handling products with the launch of a new patient transfer board called the Banana Board Prime.

The brand new ultimate seated transfer board will sit within the Banana range, which was launched by GBUK Healthcare, part of the GBUK Group, back in November 2014.

The cost affective new board has been developed to support independent movement and ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer for patients.

Developed from the manufacturer of the Banana Q2 Board, the Banana Board Prime is ultra-strong, lightweight and easy to carry - with non-slip pads to ensure safe movement for patients. Its curved shape allows both side-to-side and straight patient transfers.

Jeremy Wilkinson, Sales Director of GBUK Healthcare, said: “We are delighted to extend our Banana range, which are tailored to meet end-user needs and improve quality of patient life.

We continue to look forward to the Banana range becoming synonymous with the patient moving and handling area of healthcare.

Customers can buy the products directly from the website – with free delivery for all orders over £70 http://www.bananahealthcare.com/
