    The professor failed to mention that tPA only fully reverses the stroke 12% of the time and full recovery from a stroke only happens 10% of the time.  There are lots of failures in stroke needing to be fixed.
    No cure for spasticity.
    No cure for fatigue.
    No therapies to prevent your 33% chance on getting dementia. Australia study.
    No interventions that stop the neuronal cascade of death in the first week.
    No publicly available rehab stroke protocols with efficacy percentages.
