    I am committed to praying and applying religously about a healthy smile make-over. I am 56 years young and have become medically compromised due to my dental crisis.Please help me if you can .I can not eat or smile and am in constant pain as well as have begun to have issues with my heart. Thanks for the opportunity to apply and if chosen will be able to work and live again as well as smile a healthy smile and feel better. Pamala from Austin
