In my considered opinion, marijuana should be legalized nationwide. The most important issue is not about the effect of marijuana, as it's been shown to be relatively harmless, especially when compared to other substances that are readily available, but the question of freedom. The government has no right to tell you that you can't grow a flower in your yard or carry it around with you. This is America and is supposed to be the land of the free. Support legalization and, until then, if you are on a jury in a marijuana case vote not guilty. Take freedom back.
