  1. I had preeclampsia back in 1985 and was followed by a blood transfusion.

    I had preeclampsia back in 1985 and was followed by a blood transfusion. Over 20 years later I had blood work done before I was due for a operation. The blood lab informed me that I had a FYa Duffy antibody in my blood. Could this antibody be the cause of me being allergic to most medications? My system just does not seem to like any kind of medication and will cause a severe allergic reaction or a adverse effect.
