    haha such a one sided article...i stopped eating red meat for over 3 years and i couldnt get a muscle tear to heal for over 3 years!!! i restarted red meat and in a month i kid u not my muscle tears started improving and in 6 months they are healed. if u eat good fibre rich food/zinc rich foods/green leafy veggies u will be fine just dont completely cut it out of ur diet...my mom left meat 10 years back, became vegan and faced multiple health issues. she has restarted meat in small quantities n got a lot better. its in our food chain, dont disregard red meat but eat in limited quantities
