    Could it then be possible.  Say after a car accident.  That through imagery a Dr. Might mistakenly (and rightfully) assume that an individual who is in fact experiencing long covid symptoms may instead require a brain shunt  implanted under the impression that the root cause of excess fluid is due to a head injury rather than an after affect of Covid?
