    The finding of ADE in 1 out of 30 NHP's is a very low sample size but severe COVID-19 in humans is a 1 in 200 event (Global data - worldwide confirmed infections that are severe are < 0.5%). This raises a major concern is that new variants that appear to escape vaccine mediated antibodies will cause widespread ADE.
