    this is a report of 63 Year old lady that the report of eco doppler scan tells that distal septum apicoanteriordyskinetic .Anterior wall hyperkinesia present.Inferior posterior and anteroleteral severe hypokinesia present.Moderate ti severe LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION.Mild diastolic dysfunction . Tell me the opinion to this patient
