Was all payed up, then found out my insurance was terminated twice(February and March). I had to take time off from work just to stay on the phone with them all day. When I was finally reinstated they had to reinstate me for the months that I was not covered and did not apply my rebates. Why would I pay for three months of no coverage. I couldn't afford the new amount without the promised rebates and had to cancel my coverage. Its been a tough year with my wife very sick in and out of the hospital and having to pay everything out of pocket.
