1. Hope at last?

    As someone who had testicle cancer and is on unhelpful testosterone replacement  therapy since, this is a first ray of hope in a long time.
    But will this therapy be more efficient than taking Clomid? (which does very little to me) What about the increase in estrogen that nullifies the testosterone's effect?
    Also, will there be clinical trials?
