To whom it may concern, I am currently carrying out a research project with Prof Adrian Furnham at University College London on schizophrenia and schizophrenia related disorders. I am looking for people who may have direct experience with schizophrenia to fill out a short, non-intrusive and anonymous questionnaire. The aim of the research is to discover whether there is a difference in knowledge and beliefs about schizophrenia between those with direct experience (e.g. mental health nurses/carers/relatives) and those who have none. I was wondering if you might be able to distribute the link to my questionnaire (below) to your relevant contacts who may be willing to help, or alternatively I can send you an electronic copy (in Word format) which can be printed out.
