    I had a TURP 7-years ago.   My Gleason score has elevated to 7 and my PSA to 8.^.   My Urologist tells me that since I had a TURP, I am not a good candidate for Radiation or a prostatectomy.   He also states that "watching" is no longer an option.  The TULSA procedure seems to be a great opportunity for me.   I am in Louisville, KY.  Where is the closest facility that offers the TULSA Procedure where I might go to have this done?   Also, I understand insurance does not pay for this.   I am on Medicare.  What is the cost for this procedure?
