    SO don't buy "gluten free" oats from Canada, got it. The standard should be for the most sensitive allergic/intolerant people, not "average". If it has 19PPM of gluten, IT'S NOT GLUTEN FREE!  Many Celiac people get sick from anything over 5 PPM of gluten, but for some it takes time for the signs to show up because it's a cumulative effect for them. I got a double whammy, Celiac AND wheat allergy, and as little as 10 PPM of wheat flour can send me into anaphylaxis. Cmon Canada, you're better than this. The standard should be less than 5 PPM for health and safety reasons. If you're getting close to 20 PPM in oats, they're not being handled correctly or they've been contaminated in the field, because oats are not a gluten grain :/
