Set yourself up for success with organ-on-a-chip

Organ-on-a-chip (OOC) is an experimental tool to improve the human predictivity and cost effectiveness of drug discovery and development. Generally, OOC models are formed from cultures of primary human cells that recreate the structure and function of human organs and tissues in vitro. Perfusion increases their longevity and performance over 2-, or 3D-static cultures enabling you to gather deeper mechanistic insights into drug or disease mechanism of action, better informing in vivo studies and reducing animal use.

Watch the webinar to listen to Dr. Gareth Guenigault, Lead scientist discuss:

  • Why you should consider OOC
  • How to choose the right solution for your needs
  • How to get started quickly
  • Avoiding common pitfalls
  • Try before you buy options
