Its ultra-sensitive movement sensor distinguishes tremor events from ambulatory or stereotyped movements and records continuous waveforms at 128 Hz for durations exceeding 68 minutes. Users can define long and short tremor events and review results in customizable interval lengths. All subject data from a study is stored in a single, table-formatted database file.

The system supports up to eight test stations operated from one computer, with point-and-click software for displaying results in graphical or numerical formats. Data can be exported into time bins ranging from 1 to 512 seconds. The Tremor Monitor also provides detailed reports, including FFT Power Spectrum, Filtered Increments, and Percent Energy. When the Start Time (seconds) is set to -1, the full waveform of the tremor response is displayed in the lower signal graph, automatically scaled to the peak voltage of the specified segment.
