Focused Health Solutions, a leading national provider of customized population health management services, is hosting top healthcare industry experts in Chicago on Thursday, Oct. 15, for a timely discussion on population health management programs and the role they can play in improving health and ensuring a productive workforce.
Focused Health Solutions’ Population Health Management Forum will bring together providers, consultants, insurers, employers and other industry experts to discuss future health trends and the implication of these trends for effective population health management programs. The forum is designed to assist key decision-makers with making meaningful and cost effective decisions about health benefits for their employees.

Bauer, PhD, who will discuss healthcare trends and the future need for programs like those offered by Focused Health Solutions. Dr. Bauer is an internationally recognized health futurist and medical economist who serves as a Chicago-based management consultant for ACS Healthcare Solutions. He will also serve as the moderator during the Forum’s distinguished panel discussion.
